When complete, Pacific Harbour Marina will incorporate 150 berths, up to 16 separate retail and private office premises, gated villas and waterfront apartments. The entertainment precinct of the Village aims to include restaurants, cafés and a bar together with convenience and specialty stores.
Construction has commenced, with 84 of the new berths nearly complete. Berths will be ready for boats early in 2009, with mono and multi hull berths ranging from 10 to 18 metres available. There are a limited number of berths available for lease (20 year period) with the remainder being available for rental – expressions of interest are being taken now on (07) 3408 7722.
