Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron
The Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron has resolved to make the new Pacific Harbour Marina its northern base for Sports Fishing. The facility, to include a weighing station for Billfish competitions, is ideal for the squadron in that it is in close proximity to the fishing grounds north of Moreton Island which are world renowned for their prolific Billfish species in the summer season.
